We've been looking for a good honest reliable HVAC company for a couple years now. I own a townhome in a 5 unit building and we are soooo happy we found R&C Heating and Cooling.
Luiz & Lucas were very professional from the very first contact. They got back to me quickly (some of the other companies still haven't returned my call), and they gave a reasonable quote to do the maintenance on all of the units.
From the time they spent and what we could see and hear going on, they did a more thorough maintenance than we've ever had before.
A few of the units needed additional service and repair and they gave us detailed explanations with photos and even came in person to describe what needed to be done. They make sure you understand everything.
Their prices are very reasonable and their work ethic is outstanding.
Again they arrived on time to do the additional work and didn't leave until each unit was functioning properly. You can tell they take great pride in their work.
