took 8 hours to get loaded, super slow,drivers dont come here , say no to frontier cooling

Arrived 12:50 The loed was not ready.....Strawberries come from outside and must colling down.

The staff are not really friendly.
Company scale is close before 20:00. Overnight parking is available. Big parking space. Open 8:00am to ???

Very bad management at this facility. They never have product ready . Ask you to check in but then your sitting 10hrs for 7 pallets. The office people lies never tell you truth. They turn really bad. The owner is nice guy but these office people especially night crew are bounch of crooks.

Great place for a pickup. They open from noon to 8 pm FCFS. Checked in at 1:30 pm & lady told me your product hasn’t arrived at the facility yet so it will be little while. Huge parking lot so parked there , waited for their call. She called at 5:50 pm & gave us a door. Loader was amazing he loaded us within 30-35 mins & got paperwork by 6:45 pm.
On the side note , there is always a food truck on their property from noon to 7 pm. Amazing tacos !

This place is one of the worse places.
Broker said u have first come first serve.
I checked in at 9am and its 2pm still waiting for door. Went in the office to ask and they told me product is still not here and it will take another 6 to 7 hours

This is just Ridiculous. The staff is very rude and unprofessional when I went inside to ask them what’s going on I’ve been waiting here since morning 9 o’clock ok we come to pick a load from here we wait but at least have Decent stuff who can tell drivers what’s going on the staff

They tell you to hurry up and come check in then they tell BTW product is still being picked then we have to cool it down. Wait in your truck we will give you a call been here 6 hrs and still no door

make sure bring ur food for 2 days and get ready to spend 2 nights here if u have other pickups u must pick them up before u come to this place ..the worst place to pickup the load ☹️
