Pacific Air Conditioning

Placed a call to Pacific Air requesting service on my A/C unit , had a similar issue a few years knew it was easy fix. Left a message and they promptly returned my call. Described my issue, says tech on call will have him contact me before arrival, great easy fix. The tech calls , gives me a bunch tech talk, asks questions I couldn’t possibly answer from my sofa. Says “don’t work on old units “ something about the environment. “ I should consider a new unit, no keep spending money fixing this one” Easy fix I said. So I told him never mind. He just cost you business for his laziness. My unit has been repaired, took about 30 minutes the other company will get 5 stars.

I just used Pacific air conditioning for the first time. The repair I requested was done very quickly and they did a very quality job. The tech, Rick performed the repair, he was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work done right at a fair price.

Needed two a/c compressors removed to work on house foundation, then reinstalled. Work was done in a timely manner to match foundation work, and new a/c compressor installed. Work really well-done by professional and experienced people. Highly recommend.

Called this company when looking for information online for a business I used months ago could not find it. So I decided to use them since they were closer to my rental property, easy to deal with and on time. Could not ask for more. They repaired the broken air conditioner in a matter of an hour and a half. Great service. Will be using them for my rentals in Santa Clarita Valley.
