OIG returned my call in a timely manner, and was able to come out in a day and a half. Igor was punctual and managed to repair my very old a/c unit in an hour. I'm SO happy!

OIG came out to do my seasonal tune up on my heating and air conditioning units. They found some parts that were weak and would have caused problems in the future. The technician took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done to keep the unit in top working condition and ready to handle the heat for summer.

Late November and it's getting cold, but my heater is not turning on. I find this company using google and called to schedule the appointment. The tech, Oleg, came out and found a busted pressure switch which he had in his car. Painless experience, great prices, and promptness. Thank you OIG.

A/c not working.call his office. He came and check, replace a part. Has a nice attitude and friendly to, not too friendly just right .Surely will use this company. He is in my like file. Dont change. GOD BLESS.

Straight up and honest. Fixing my refrigerator was not a problem to Oleg, the technician. I called and he was at my house within three hours. I respect a company that can take care of their clients even on a Sunday. Faulty starter relay on the compress was replaced on the spot because he had them in his truck. My compressor was working and again so my refrigerator started to get cold again. I must add that he was a clean worker and even asked for the broom to clean out the dusk behind my fridge. Impressive overall service.

It is difficult to find an Appliance repair that is accommodating to the clients schedule! OIG fulfilled my expectations when it comes to an appliance repair company. I had an emergency with my refrigerator. My freezer and fresh food was defrosting rapidly. I found this company on Google, and gave them a call. The technician diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator and gave me a fair quote. I was never in the dark, and he explained what was to be done in order to get the refrigerator up and running. Thanks to OIG, I can enjoy some ice cream tonight when I get back from work.
