We really like Sergei. Last year he repaired our heater system by installing a new filter box and it’s working great. We called on his service again to help with replacing parts, maintenance and cleaning of our heater and cleaning our outdoor ac unit. He’s incredibly fast, honest feedback and reasonable pricing and provides excellent advice. We highly recommend to everyone and friends/family.

Sergei is the best!! He’s fixed both my A/C and heating (2 separate visits) within the last few years. Both times he was very efficient, got everything done within the allotted time, and still was able to answer all my questions and give me some pointers on what to keep an eye on.

I called Sergei at HVAC because in 2016 he came out when my ancient HVAC was not working. He noted that there were leaves and debris blocking my outside unit. He cleared the debris and replaced one small part when he could have told me that I needed a whole new system. He told me that the unit would no doubt need replacing at some point in the near future and gave me a very reasonable estimate for that service when I was ready. Here it is 5 years later and I remembered his honesty and professionalism. I called him, got an estimate and scheduled the installation of new system. He and his team arrived promptly, COVID compliant and ready to work on time. They protected my flooring and outside decking. During the installation, they encountered a water leak in the wall of the HVAC cabinet which required a 5 hour delay to deal with HOA plumbers. They calmly waited, worked with plumbing to solve the issue and finished the installation. Sergei is honest, professional and thorough. I recommend him and his company with no reservations. Look no further!

We needed some HVAC drain cleaning and some other minor AC maintenance. Sergei was super helpful with great feedback. He showed up on time, didn't try to upsell me, and provided great info and realistic recommendations. I would definitely work with him again. Highly recommended!

I contacted HVAC to check out a heating issue. Sergei responded quickly and was able to come out the next morning. He identified the issue and corrected. He also showed me other issues that may have lead to bigger problems down the road but did not push for any work to be done. I chose to have him correct it all. He and his crew came back in a few hours to complete the job.

I texted Sergei on Saturday afternoon because my parents' heater/AC broke. Sergei came 8:00 Monday morning. He diagnosed the problem and gave me fair quotes on repair and replacement. I decided to go with repair. During repair he discovered the thermostat broke, and he replaced the thermostat without any additional charge! That's over $100 value. Sergei gave great customer service! He communicated with me from the beginning to the end . He was very good at explaining everything. They were on time and everything went very smooth. Prices are reasonable. I will recommend this company to anyone!

Sergei and his team not only came back with the best priced proposal (way below the other quotes), but they were also able to start and finish the work the very next day. Sergei is a top notch professional. Prompt, courteous, very clean and has a great sense of humor. He and his team’s work ethic is unparalleled. He was able to diagnose and fix multiple problems we had with 3 different HVAC units, re-worked ducting and placed large format filter boxes that fit MERV 16 filters to increase efficiency and output all in one day! Simply amazing! We will definitely be calling Sergei again!
