    Completely unprofessional and trying to get them out to check a system they installed has, and continues to be frustrating. They are also telling me I have to prove they installed my system. Two appointments missed to date and no rush to reschedule. If they did not install your system - steer clear

    I wish 0 stars was an option--that is what Eco Systems deserves. Eco System set up an appointment to come to my house on a Friday from 1-4. Well, by 3:30 I had not heard from them and called. They said they were running behind schedule and that they would be there but possibly after 4. I said I need to know when (as I have a child to pick up from day care) and the rude man on the phone told me "why do you have something to do?" At 5:30 they called me back and simply said they could not make it. I was upset to say the least as I took the day off work to wait for them--for nothing. So I had to take another day off on Monday.

    On Monday, they came diagnosed the problem and told me a needed a new part. On Tuesday, they called to set up a new appointment to install the new part. We set up a window from 11-2 on Friday and I requested another day off work. Fast forward to 4:50 pm on Thursday when I am told they have no way of knowing when my part will be in (but it was not in) and that I could call them tomorrow but likely they would not be able to fix it. So here I am having to take off FOUR DAYS of work (at least) to get my AC unit fix--TWO DAYS WERE A TOTAL WASTE and Jose was less than understanding about how terrible their customer service is.

    Also, apparently they are unable to reach a manager after 4:30 in the afternoon. Wow! What a miserable company.

    Save yourself a headache and read all the reviews, I didn't and had to deal with this unprofessional, irresponsible company
    It is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with.
    I had the misfortune of being sent to them by our home insurance American Home Shield to troubleshoot an AC problem, I called AHS June 17, someone from ECO Systems was supposed to called me within 48hrs, being that it was a Saturday I assumed they will call me Monday or Tuesday, nope! I had to call AHS on Friday to complained and then I had to wait until July 1st for them to come by, AC was working on and off so I did not mind.
    My appointment window was 9-12, the technician showed up at 2:45, almost 3 hours late after the window. Told him our AC was working on and off but he would not troubleshoot the issue, he said: I can only fix it if it doesn't work, he just wanted to go home.....As soon as he left AC died. Called them again and had to wait yet another week for a 2nd appointment July 10, the technician showed up on time and he was able to find the problem but had to order a part.
    This was a Monday July 10, I called Tuesday to scheduled installation of the part but they had not processed the paperwork yet, I called back Wednesday and was told the part was in order, it will arrive following Monday July 17 and be installed that afternoon.GREAT!! We only have to suffer the heat a few more days....WRONG!!!!! Monday morning I receive a phone call, the part "did not arrive" and they cancel my appointment, Customer No service did not know when the part will arrive and I was told they will call me when it did or to call tomorrow to check on the status of this order, I called Tuesday July 11 and was told, part will not arrive until following Monday 17th...maybe. Seriously? It has been 17 days with no AC on 100+ weather!!.
    I called AHS and complained, they were able to force them to get the part overnight and install it Thursday July 20th. They did!!
    That only confirmed my suspicions that they had never ordered the part to begin with. I was given the runaround!. I bet my $75.00 copay and insurance paperwork was too much of a hassle if they can get more money from someone else.

    If you have to deal with them, there's a male customer service that is rude and condescending, try to get someone else, at least the ladies pretend they are helping you.
    I do not understand how can businesses like this are allowed to operate.
    So irritated! 20 days without AC in the hottest summer in California due to this unprofessional "business"

    Very happy that they were able to come out and resolve the problem with my heating after the previous vendor made three attempts to do so. That said, not sure if this was American Home Shield or Eco Systems, I had to reach out to schedule an appointment and not the other way around. I was told by AHS that Eco Systems would reach out to me within 2 days and after 4 days, I decided to just call myself. After a month and a half of no heat, though, I still give 5 stars for a solution!

    They called when they said they would. They came when they said they would. They repaired it as they said they would. The technicians Javier and Jose were very friendly and inspired confidence.
