We were very pleased with the service provided by Airtron, our project manager, Tito Ramirez, and his crew. They removed and replaced our furnace and air conditioner in one day and were not only efficient, but respectful of our home. All our questions were answered and concerns addressed cheerfully. We would recommend their services highly.

My 30 year old heating furnace broke down and replaced it with a new system installed by Airtron. Initially I wanted to repair it but Luis was very professional and courteous and did a great job explaining the pros and cons of a repair. He was very patient with answering all of my questions. I ultimately decided to go with a new system instead, which would save me money in the long run. Price was very competitive compared to other companies. The installation team did a great job installing the furnace and new thermostat. I was pleased with Airtron's follow through and speedy service. Chris, from Airtron Heating And Air Conditioning, recently performed routine inspection and cleaning of the Trane heat pump at our residence.

He was very knowledgable of heat pump servicing, had a great attitude, and was easy to communicate with. His work was thorough and time consuming, even though the charges were not excessive.

Airtron recently installed a new heater and ducts in my home. Luis did a great job on explaining the different options. I decided to go with a Trane, 96% high efficient, 2 stage furnace with a nest smart thermostat. I could not be happier with my new installation. I was really impressed with Luis and his whole crew. Everyone was not just kind, they were friendly and professional. They did excellent work with real craftsmanship, and were flexible to meet the unique needs of our homes. Communicating was always easy and I never had to wait for a response. I'll be recommending them to everyone.

Chris was able to diagnose and fix our issue where the builders in our new home didn't install the damper wiring correctly and zoning system wasn't working properly. He explained the issue and how they fixed it very clearly. They came on time and resolved the problem efficiently.

Ideally, I'd give them a 4.5 star rating. Overall, Tito communicated well, was very responsive and provided replacement products at a reasonable/discounted price. I found his costs to be lower than other HVAC repair companies. Unfortunately, that discount does come at a price where it took he and his team a bit longer to diagnose issues and solve them. That said, I would definitely use him again.

We brought a new house and but our HVAC was messed up. CHRIS and his partner from Airtron visited twice ( one for inspection and other for fixing) and the issue was fixed. Happy with their service
