Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

Very professional. They educated us on services they provide and how important it is to maintain and we will be using Sears from now on. We like how they worked and explained the whole process excellent customer service. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Sears deal was half the price of Stanley. That was main reason why I wanted to give them a try. Then, they (Erik and Christopher) showed up on time, were polite, respectful and crazy fast. Carpet smells and feels great. I’ll use them again and recommend!

Raul and Alan were amazing! They were first introduced to a crazy, harried woman, and took it in stride. The carpet looks wonderful and I even learned more about the carpet and how to keep it pet stain free! This was a great experience and I highly recommend Sears!

I have been using Sears for literally years now and I can’t say enough good things about the technician, Jose Murgas, who they have consistently sent to do my work over the years. Jose has been to my house at least a half dozen times it seems to help me with everything from crayons melted into my carpet to stains caused by my dog and a couch that has seen better days. He is ALWAYS incredibly helpful, professional, insightful and thoughtful. He goes out of his way to help come up with the best possible solution for whatever issues I have, and he helps me do so at a price that works for me, as a single mom with a tight budget. I will be at a loss of Jose ever leaves Sears. He is a true asset to the company and it’s always a relief when I see him show up at my front door Bc I know I am in good hands!

Raul B was very courteous and professional and arrived on schedule. The job was quick. He didn’t miss a spot and made sure I knew what the chemicals he was going to use. He also gave me tips on maintaining my carpeting. Definitely recommended!

They were professional, hard working and really helped me understand what was going on with my carpet so I could easily keep it clean and prevent stains from coming back up. Technicians were prompt, friendly and thorough. They explained step by step as the work progressed.
They did a great job and went beyond by vacuuming more areas than necessary. I would use Sears again.

Andres Gomez was our assigned tech and what a fantastic job he performed. My out dated carpet looks almost brand new. Also, his professionslism was exceptional and very pleasant to work with. Prior to Andres coming to my residence, I received a phone call from him confirming when he will be arriving and shortly a text from Sears Corporate with a picture of Andres and his profile with the conpany. I am definetly recommending Sears for not only my personal carpet cleaning needs but to friends and family.

Bernardo was excellent and explained services in detail and suggested some additional services, but he wasn't pushy. He and Alan spent time making sure my carpets looked as nice as possible. I would reccomend.
