My first call went to a local repair company in my town and they refused to work on Frigidaire washing machines I called Multi Appliance Repair first thing Friday morning and they were at my house by 11:30. Technician Joan was very friendly, efficient and actually enjoys his job - it was refreshing to experience. He is very professional and friendly. I highly recommended anyone.

Very professional. Timely response. Great work. Brian fixed a stove burner and replaced a belt in the dryer. Both were done in a timely manner. If I have any other issues in the future, I will definitely call Brian again.

I was referred to Multi Appliance Repair by a friend of mine. I sent Andrey a text and received a reply almost immediately. I was scheduled for an appointment same day. Andrey sent a text before arriving and diagnosed the problem right away. Even though he had other appointments and still had to pick up my part he was willing to come back to do the repair the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable and most of all very honest. I am very picky who I hire so it was a pleasant surprise to have a professional , friendly and efficient technician. I would certainly hire again and most definitely will refer to friend, family and clients.

I came home to find my dishwasher didn't work, I found thanks to the reviews Multi Appliance Repair and immediately called them and they came within 30 minutes, found the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. I highly recommend them, they are professional, polite and they know what they are doing. I am very pleased with the service I have received.

These guys were great! They have been to my house twice to work on my sub zero fridge. They are quick to diagnose the problems. They get to the job with no BS or trying to talk you into stuff you don't want or need.

The technician arrived and was very courteous. He explained exactly what was wrong with my tumble dryer and how I could prevent it from happening again. He quickly fixed the issue. The only drawback was that it cost a little bit more than I had anticipated.

I was very impressed with this company. Tech not only showed up on time but he was extremely efficient, polite and honest and really put my mind at ease about my oven. I will definitely be calling them for future repairs. I highly recommend them to everyone

Fast, efficient, honest, reasonably priced, and on-time service. Our freezer had stopped freezing so I called to ask for service. The price quoted for the service call and estimates for what the problem could be was very reasonable, so I accepted. Service man are very helpful and friendly. Paid this company $600 ($595.89) to repair my refrigerator. My ice maker and top fridge was not working because of ice buildup. I was told three parts were causing this problem. So after paying almost 3X the retail cost for these parts ($386) and $179 in labor; the same ice buildup is happening.

I didn't notice this until over 30-days after the repair. When I did notice it, I immediately called the repairman. He stated he will come out and look at it but it will cost me additional because it was over 30-days. I reminded him I just paid him almost $600 and told him I am NOT paying anymore. He agreed to look at it.

He came out and melted the ice buildup then vacuumed under my fridge and claimed the dirt under my fridge was the reason for the buildup of ice. I'm not even going to comment what I feel about that diagnosis.

24-hours later the ice starting building up again. It hasn't stopped since. I paid this guy almost $600 for a waste of time, waste of parts and a fridge that still is not repaired. Both times he basically came out and defrosted (melted) the ice.

I guess my only alternative is small claims.
