Shannon called to let me know that Paul would be arriving in 30. When paul arrived he was knowledgeable and friendly . Paul fixed the problem in a timely manner . I would definitely recommend Morey plumbing to family and friends.
Morey's was recommended to us by our neighbor who had great experience with them. They were correct. Got a call informing me that the Tech would be there within 30 minutes...he arrived in 15. The Tech was Leo and from the introduction I felt comfortable. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions and resolved the problem within 30 minutes. Price was fair and without any 'hidden' last minute add-on surprises. Very satisfied with the Service provided and the Personnel.
Morey just replaced the Heat Exchanger to my HVAC system. As always, they were honest and helpful in explaining the issue (25 year old - carbon monoxide leak) and in helping me decide the approach to take. Their office staff are the best, and Jeff's works was fast, friendly, efficient and effective. Have been working with them for 25 years!
Job included replacement of old A/C condenser/compressor system in addition to upgrade/replacement of all air tubes in the home itself. The installers (Cam, Paul at start with Brian and the owner, Ken, finishing and checking at the end) for the work performed with great expertise, efficiency, neatness and with virtually no interference to the normal activities in the home itself. A 30 minute notice call was made by Shannon (most accommodating receptionist) from the main office each time the technicians were to arrive The experience, overall, could not have been better!

Long story short, he couldn't seem to fix anything and tried to get me to replace it with a $5k model the next day. Obviously I needed to call someone else. The tech from Morey got here on time, no dumb questions, thoroughly inspected and even cleaned up the unit, fixed some of the insulation that had come loose, cleaned and inspected the ducts inside and out. Then gave me several options and suggestions. Did the repairs on time without interrupting my business and even came in a little under the estimate. I now have a three year service contract with Morey and feel relieved.

Saturday - Just as the tempurature soared to 85 degrees and we are "required" to "shelter-in-place" because we are over 65, the air conditioner shut down. I called Morey 7:30am Sunday to get someone out. Ken was very booked, but promised possibly Monday, he could get out. I reminded him that we are effectively locked in a very hot house, and the temp was already 80 degrees inside. He said he would see what he could do and he was aboe to find a volunteer to work extra time to come and fix the problem. We were cool with-in hours. Thanks again Morey.
Had the water main replaced due to a leak. MPHC were prompt, knowledgeable and honest. They came in with the best bid and did an outstanding job replacing the pipe. Highly recommend!
Brian and Cameron came to determine why the cooling air flow had become so low. They researched the problem and quickly discovered that the system air filter was massively clogged as a result of a recent bathroom remodeling project. The filter is a plastic type with a lifetime warranty. Brian cleaned it and the system returned to normal operation.
Brian and Cameron worked very professionally and quickly to solve the problem, which I greatly appreciated.
