The freezer went off on one of my True T-49HC the other day. Called a bunch of other companies, but DK refrigeration gave me the most reasonable quote and swift reply so I called them in.

Danny walked me thru all the common failures with this model and gave me tons of tips as to how to prevent them from ever happening in the future.

I also liked his punctuality and a sense of humor as I was so desperate and a bit panicked to be honest for the past couple days. Definitely vouches for him!

I highly recommend this company and had a great experiences in san diego area. Our restaurant needed the fast services about installing A/C unit before summer season so we called DK Refrigeration. They just finished the job as soon as possible and that was very reasonable prices. We will absolutely call them again if we have any problems on the other machines.

Fast, affordable and friendly service I got from DK refrigeration. Danny was great, he quickly diagnosed the issues with my refrigerator. I had a trouble when my LG-780 Refrigerator, I tried to get it fixed from where I bought from, however they told me that their service would take three or more days including the submission of the request. Lord, that means I wouldn’t be able to open my business for 3 days + would have to move all my products to my home. That would have been a pain, but then my friend introduced me these guys.

They called me and scheduled to fix mine quickly and luckily I didn’t have to loss my time, and it was worth more than the money I would have lost if it was not fixed on time!

Suddenly our refrigeration systems stopped working so we needed the fastest service around San Diego areas. We tried to contact commerical refrigeration companies but all of them just scheduled us very late and offered us visiting fees.However this company just came into our restaurant and quickly fixed all kinds of issues. Very reasonable prices and fast services. We really recommend this company!

The temperature of T-49F freezer was acting weird so I called DK to diagnosed the problem. They came quick and they fixed my freezer amazingly fast. They were so kind and the service was fabulous with a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone having problem with their refrigerator or freezer.

Every year our restaruant needs maintanance for A/C units. We googled "Commercial Refrigeration" and then found this company called DK Refrigeration. They came in very fast and they offered us the lowest prices. We will definitely make a contract with them as well.
