After my air conditioner stopped blowing out cold air and making noise I called Aussies heating and air thanks to a friends recommendation. I’m so thankful I did Joseph immediately listen to our concerns and penciled us in the following day which was great, as I was in desperate need for an immediate fix because my home was getting to hot and my poor dog is epileptic and his seizures are triggered faster when he’s overheated so it was a major concern and something I direly needed to get done. He did a very thorough job and full diagnostics and gave me the option to either fix or replace it. Given I’d already been having multiple issues with my air-conditioning I decided to replace it, it was just old and Joseph gave me some really good options and pricing I couldn’t turn down. It just made way more sense and he didn’t pressure me into buying it he explained both options and ultimately it was the better outcome for me and my dog I would do anything for my fur baby. It was wonderful literally a beautiful and smooth transition the quote was fast the installation and even when it came to the follow up was just so professional I would 100% recommend this company to all my family and friends they do not disappoint. Joseph and his team replaced my HVAC system and even put new ducting. They were very respectful of my home and most importantly they made sure to be prepared even wearing masks it just made me feel very safe and happy with my decision mode my fur baby he’s literally is more than ecstatic thank you so much Aussies heating and air for your service! You’re amazing and I will most definitely be calling you guys for all and any service required in future because I honestly was not disappointed and I was in left in awe at the customer service, so I know for a fact that they do what they say the will, you will not be disappointed.

Had called to schedule an emergency duct/vent cleaning service. At first was told at least two weeks for service, but once I explained the situation, they scheduled the same day and was on time and completed the service at a great price and provided me a military discount. Joseph came out to repair my broken furnace. It was determined it needed to be completely replaced due to water damage. He came the next morning with Fadi and took out the old furnace and replaced it with a new one. His price was fair. Both he and Fadi were courteous, professional, and worked diligently. I'm very pleased with the service.

THE EXPERIENCE: 5/5
We experienced an issue with our HVAC.
Smoke seeped from our vents.
Motor sparked when we went to check it out behind the vent.

We knew something was off and called several HVAC Specialists in our area. Joseph was prompt, answered all my questions clearly, and came the next day to check it out.

This project started off as a motor issue but, Joseph uncovered many underlying problems due to a faulty installation.

In such a short time, specifically 1.5 years, our HVAC broke along with a domino-effect-series of problems. During the most hottest time of the year (Summer 2020 with COVID "Stay at Home" Order), it was a big problem.

Joseph solved our problem smoothly. He diagnosed thoroughly and identified the issues. Everything made perfect sense on how it broke and what problems were caused as a result.

The whole unit needed to be replaced. He completed it in 3 days with respect to our home. Some repairs on the walls, paint needed to be fixed and he fixed all superbly.

In the end, we are enjoying the crisp-cool air better than ever. We are very happy we found Aussie's and plan to be back for all of our HVAC needs.

Technician Joseph really knew what he was talking about and informed me on what was wrong with my ac unit. Fix it the same day and it running awesome. Awesome service very knowledgeable and overall superior service. Highly recommend and will call again.

My outdoor unit was not working. Joseph came out the same day and got it to work immediately. apparently the thermostat wire was cut some how. I'm so glad it was not a major issue and it was fixed almost immediately. very honest people.
