Vadim came by, did an inspection and told us what was needed to update our vents and install a new AC unit to fight this extraordinary heat. Installation took less than 2 days; by noon, the 2nd day, we had a new AC unit, new vents, and a new furnace along with a state of the art smart thermostat installed. The crew was super professional and polite! Loving it.

The Atlas team were easy and pleasurable to work with, as well as quick with response and fair on pricing. I reached out to them for a furnace replacement quote online and in less than an hour, Ray H. responded with a quote and was able to schedule the replacement for later that week (mind you, it was a holiday week that I needed this done...I contacted them on Monday, Dec 30th and the technician was at the property on Thursday, Jan 2nd by 8am and out by 11am). I will definitely use and recommend Atlas HVAC in the future : - )

I wanted to like this company and have a "go-to" business for my air conditioning needs, but it just didn't work out. I initially used them to inspect the air conditioning unit prior to me purchasing a condo in the San Diego area. I did this all remotely and with the help of my real estate agent so I didn't know what was all involved and they gave me a quote on some additional work that it needed. After the purchase of the condo I decided to use them to accomplish the work that said needed to be done. None of it was a smooth process and when they started the work they didn't realize they needed a different grill for the filter. After that work was finally done they didn't leave a receipt or anything showing what they actually did. Eventually I called them to ask for a receipt and it took them well over a week and multiple phone calls to get a receipt e-mailed to me. I recently gave them a try one more time after purchasing a Groupon for a basic service/cleaning of the unit, it was very difficult for me to get a hold of someone there to even schedule the appointment but they were able to set something up the following week. So they have been to my unit before, they know I'm in a condo building and when I scheduled the appointment at no time did they ask me if they had access to the roof of my building. So when the employee shows up to do the work the following week, we enter my unit and his initial inspection is turning on the air conditioner and saying "it sounds good, and looks like you need a new filter", I'm thinking at this point I'm not sure I needed a technician to inform me of that. But the actual problem lies when he asks me about access to the roof, and again I had no idea that he needed access to the roof. We go outside and I see that there is in fact a ladder that goes to the roof but it happens to be in the patio area of another unit and they were not home to give us access to the ladder. As a business that does this type of work, if they believe they need special access to the roof, they should probably ask me so I can coordinate that prior to the appointment. At the end of my scheduled appointment, I'm very clearly annoyed by this whole situation, I took time off of work to get this done, and at the end of it the technician goes, "no hard feelings". Well there are hard feelings and I will never recommend this company and will actively deter people from using this company if anyone asks. There are plenty of air condition companies in the San Diego area, try the next one!

Air conditioner went out and the home warranty company sent us through Atlas HVAC. Ray (who scheduled the appointment) was a delight to talk to and got me all scheduled. Gino called when he was on the way to my house and fixed the air very quickly. I now have cool air filling my rooms. Thank you Atlas HVAC - great service!!

Joe from Altas HVAC came over to Clear, Flush Drainline. Rewire safety shut off switch to air conditioner. Went to the hot Attic and worked like a manic. Loved he was able to meet all our needs. He explained everything that he did and what needed to be done. Thanks so much Joe. I will always want Joe to come back if needed. I wanted 5 stars but it kept showing 4.7. He is a 5 star gy.

I had Zack come out from Atlas HVAC to fix my A/C. It didn't take long. I had a bad contactor. He had one in his service van. I was up and running again within 30 minutes. The prices were reasonable, considering it was a same day appointment on one of the hottest days of the year.

Terrible service. Home Shield Services send them. The technician tried to convinced me that my system is fine and I'm just and idiot. He never even checked filters, just point his laser thermometer and confirm that some cold air was coming from the vents. A second company came and they confirmed that there is a problem with the unit in the attic at the central fan blower.

Atlas is not professional, don't waste your time and money there.
