Ballard Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Just got my brand new Halo 5 water filtration installed by the great guys at Ballard. Robert and Jonathan were true professionals in their presentation and were incredibly informative on my options and even gave me affordable payment options. Once the decision was made, they got right to work while being respectful of my home by wearing floor protectors, and putting down tarps to protect my furniture. As a mother of toddlers, the service guys at Ballard were respectful during nap time so that my little ones didn't get their nap time interrupted. They began by replacing my regulator and got to installing the water filtration. They kept me informed with each step of the way, and finished their work quickly. I will certainly be recommending Ballard and their world class customer service for any plumbing and A/C needs in the future.

First, I want to apologize for just writing this review which should have been done almost 2 months ago.

Now that summer is here, I feel good because first, that my HVAC and air duct have been replaced and second, it was done by one of the best if not the best company (Ballard) which we know has a good reputation and that we can trust. Special shoutout to Ballard' staff I dealt with from Brent (for being professional, knowledgeable and patient with me answering all those questions I had when I was looking for the best company to do the work) to the installers and technicians: Ricardo, Jesus, Chris, Art, Luis, Ryan) including the ones who answers your phone (for a great job, for being very knowledgeable, organized and helpful with one another).

As soon as I called looking for a quote they set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Their Field Service Supervisor (Brent)came out and quickly assessed my situation and provided a quote. No bell’s and whistles , just what I needed . Once I gave them the OK , they scheduled it for the following week. Install crew arrived on date and time I asked for . Very professional . My wife was very happy with the work . I should have done this years ago.

Our front yard faucet was dripping. Vincent, did the work, quickly, CLEAN, very polite.

Their technician Jason showed up before the time they promised. Got to work on a problem I had in my bathroom He took care of it. Even though there was a pipe he had a lot of trouble with. He stayed with it until he got it done, I appreciate Jason the service was excellent! What are the names of? I have a company I called before they came out said they could not do the job. Unless they re-pipe the whole house.

All professionals from receptionist to techs, AC installers even the owner was nice. The worker that arrived first to clean ducts was here from beginning to end working nonstop. I didn't see him take a break. I like how everything was explained so that we understood. I got a new AC installed. It's working great. I was able to split the cost with a check, cash, and credit cards, but they also offered financing options. The process was very fast. The people were great. I can see why they have remained in business this long.

Jason was great! He quickly identified the leak problem and recommended what needed to be done. He did the repair efficiently and professionally. He made us aware of potential problems under the floor due to the leaky hose. We are very pleased with his work and overall honesty as to what needed to be done. Thank you.

My water heater went out last week and Ballard came to save the day. What an amazing experience: Reed was so easy to book with and their pricing could not be matched! The workers they sent were professional and had amazing customer service. My family will be a “Ballard” family from this point forward

Called on a Monday afternoon and they were able to come out within half an hour. Elijah was very courteous and friendly. He did a quick and professional job with our kitchen clean out. Gave a great price for the job done. Never go wrong with Ballard.
2nd review, 4-28-23: Water heater was leaking and making noise, knew we would need a new one. Ballard had a plumber out within a couple of days. Jonathan was excellent. He explained everything needed, was knowledgeable and super nice. The heater turned out to be a bear but he did a wonderful job. Thanks again.
