We hired them to install a new HVAC system in our house. They presented us with a fantastic package. It was pretty cost-effective for us so we gave it a go. Their work was outstanding. After finishing the job, they cleaned everything up. If you need any HVAC work, calling them to book an appointment is very easy.

I highly recommend AC Repair Solutions. The A/C unit had stopped working last evening so I waited until this morning to call for service. They returned my call and even though they were booked for the day he promised to come by in the evening as soon as they were free. My technician came by to check the unit upstairs and the outside unit. I was expecting a huge repair quote as this has been my past experience in dealing with two major companies. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised when I was told the door that covers the air conditioning system was loose causing the unit to turn off. They offered to duct tape it to keep it closed until I can order a new one. They also found an issue with the way the unit was installed outside. That requires re-installation, however he thoroughly explained the process and I feel comfortable going forward with the project. I am definitely switching A/C companies. Do not hesitate at all to call them if you need any servicing on your unit.

The Technician came and repaired my mother in laws air conditioner whn I was in town. They came to her house quickly and had the situation straightened out in a timely fashion. With the recent heat wave, every company I called was booked out at least 3 days. Then I called AC Repair Solutions of San Bernardino. They had someone come out and do my ac repair the same day I called! And they added the diagnostic fee to the total cost of the repair so I didn’t have to pay extra. Thank you so much!

I scheduled an appointment with them to get my mini split diagnosed and was told that they were fully booked and could not make it today. I didn’t mind that at all so then I decided to return the call to reschedule for another day and was told that I couldn’t reschedule because there wouldn’t be enough time to do the job ..... most awkward customer service experience ever.. talk about not wanting any business at. Would not recommend.

They answered my call right away and set up an appointment that day. The problem was fixed and it didn't cost a fortune. They came over last summer when my AC went out and had it up and running in no time.

Changed out our old with a New Balanced Energy Efficient AC system.AC Repair Solutions San Bernardino was very neat and did a great job of replacing all our attic ducts! They took the time to route them in such a way that left maximum floor storage space in a rather tight attic area! The outside work was also extra neat and professional looking! Thank you!

Great Company! Tech was polite, Office staff prompts and prepared. Got my AC back to speed same day. Called at 9 am had a tech here at 2 Pm (as promised) and AC cooling the house by 3:30. Flawless. This is how any service should be....PAINLESS.
