Great team. Richard was the frank type of guy I like to work with. Talked me through everything with no sales pitch. The team that worked on my home was both professional and prompt. After dealing with a few contractors in a row that I did not enjoy, it was a very refreshing experience.

Not very often that I feel comfortable letting workers go in and out of the house when my girls are home, but I felt like they had worked on my house before by the end of day one.

Richard was extremely prompt and versed on all my needs. He was also very quick to respond and manipulated his schedule to accommodate my timeframe. In addition to prompt and efficient work, he was honest in his recommendations, saving me thousands. He went above and beyond! Thank you kindly! I highly recommend ( as he came highly recommended to me by one of his peers) and am confident in promoting him as the best choice for your needs.

Richard agreed that he would stop by my rental property and contact the tenant about a heater repair. He never called. I called the secretary, who was very nice and responsive, three different times over the past two months. She told me she would pass the message to Richard and assured me that he would call either me or my tenant. We never got a response. Moving on to someone else.

Chris was an absolute God-send. He responded quickly. He gave us our options to fixing our heating system and then fixed the problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

DON'T TRUST RICHARD HE'S A SCAM ARTIST. LIES ABOUT PRICES AND OVERCHARGES 10X'S WHAT THE PARTS FOR THE REPAIRS COST. TRUST ME STAY FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS LIAR!! DON'T LET THIS UNPROFESSIONAL CLOWN INTO YOUR HOME OR NEAR IT!

I called Associated services requesting to make an appointment for someone to come out as I needed to replace my gas heating furnace.
The next day, David called me and stated that we could meet at my house in four days. He stated that he would call me in the morning to let me know when he would be getting to the house that morning. I changed my schedule to make sure I would be available. The morning of the appointment, I called the office at 9:50 am since I had not heard from him.
I spoke with Tammy who would not provide me with his number so that I could call him but said she would be sending him an email. She also related that he could be on a roof somewhere and it might take him a few minutes to get to his email prior to calling me. I waited until after 12 noon with no call. It is now 3:25 pm and still no call. I have worked with the public for over 25 years with most of that time in the field. I know it only takes 1 or 2 minutes to make a call to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I wanted to use a local business but I will not being doing business with them.

I called and asked about a job and was told I would receive a call back, never got the call. Called a few days later and asked if they could install my mini split air conditioner and they told me they couldn't help me because they didn't sell me the unit. Would not recommend to anyone.

I called them and they where on it. They had a guy out to me in an hour. They fixed a thermostat and an AC unit. I will be using them going forward.

Saw Steven and Chris. Great guys vert knowledgeable guys. Can't wait to hear from them again

Nice job, expensive, but owner let me pay what I was comfortable with. Would advise getting all the specifics in writing beforehand as there were some misunderstandings.
