My AC unit completely stopped working tonight.. I was desperate as it’s August in Sacramento and I was sure that AC companies are swamped with calls for repair. It was after hours, but Cesar called me back and offered to come out right then. He got to my place fixed the unit and had my AC cranking out cold air in no time. His charges were low, he was honest and compassionate! I’m sure he is flooded with business but because he knows what an important thing ac is to us, he wasted no time in helping us. THANK YOU Cesar! I’m so grateful!

Cesar was very helpful and very friendly, he was able to identify the problem and fixed it within minutes with very reasonable price. Cesar Alvarez of Rico’s Heating and Air is awesome! My tenants AC went out today with 109 degree weather. I found him on another search site..boy did I luck out. I could tell he was swamped but he agreed to come out between 6-8 pm tonight. He arrived shortly after 6 made the diagnosis, made the repair and was done and out the door within an hour. I’m happy, my tenant is happy and I would highly recommend him!! He will definitely be in my contacts for future use!

AC stopped working. Called someone named Joe from another popular highly rated AC company. He totally misdiagnosed the issue and told me that a replacement would be $6,500, but that he would give me a break if I paid cash! Frantic, I lucked out and reached Cesar at Rico's who actually answered the phone. Made appointment next day, diagnosed the problem and it was nothing like the other guy said. He replaced the Contactor and we're back in business for a fraction of the cost of replacement! I can't thank Cesar enough for his effort, diligence, and knowledge on helping me! I will always refer anyone to Rico's as long as Cesar is there!

Now I'm going to write a bad review for the other company which I wish I could identify here because I'd like to warn others not to use them.

Cesar and his crew are very professional as well as friendly. They did an excellent job and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for any hvac job.Cesar also installed a new water heater and when the temps turn warm we will use for a/c maintenance. The best co we have ever used personable friendly efficient and compriable pricing.

Cesar saved the day again. AC stopped working during a heat wave. My house was 93 degrees! I had to sleep with ice packs! Cesar came as fast as he could and fixed my AC quickly and efficiently. Price was very reasonable. I am very happy.

This is the 2nd time I've hired Cesar. He was here a year and a half ago to fix the heating portion of my system. That was also a successful repair.

The repair service was awesome and very professional. Although my furnace was installed 23 years ago, Rico-Cesar explained to me why my furnace would not ignite. Rather than convince me to buy a brand new system, the problem was fixed.

Thanks to Cesar I have my a/c back I called him and was here the same day not like other companies that they’ll give you an appointment in two weeks! Cesar was here the day I called him and within 1/2 hour he found the problem, the next day he was here with the parts and he had it running again. He’s the only one that works on the weekends because others don’t, he actually cares and does his job! I recommend him 100% Thanks!!!!!

I called for service on my gas heater and he was here within the hour. Had my unit repaired in no time. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Best rates around. Will definitely be calling them for any future service. Highly recommend!
