I absolutely would recommend Ivy Heating / Air! Yesterday was my 2nd encounter with Isiah and he was AWESOME!! He is definitely someone you want to come out and access you unit if your having issues! I can’t thank him enough!!

Isaias was great. My home insurance send them out he was on time both the times he came out. He dealt with the insurance and got me approved for my ac to get charged and he swap out my capacitor. He have great knowledge and gave me lots of advice. Overall my experience was great and I will definitely refer Ivy’s to all my friend and family cause they know how to treat people. Thanks again. Isaias is very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly.

My experience with Ivy Heating and Air was great!

We had Ivy come out to fix our AC after it stopped blowing cold air. I called a few places that I found online and left voicemails but my brother in law suggested that I call Ivy Heating and Air. I called, talked to the owner and he was able to come out to our house the very next day. Fast Service!

He arrived on schedule and listened intently to me explain what happened with our AC. I let him know that our HVAC system was 15+ yrs old and that it had stopped blowing cold air the day before and that I was worried that it could be a costly repair or might even need to be replaced due to its age. After reviewing our entire HVAC system he hopped onto our roof and told me to turn on the AC for a few seconds then asked me to turn it off. A few minutes later he came down and explained to me that he ran a list of tests to diagnose the issue and that all things pointed to having a faulty capacitor. He went to his truck and climbed back on to the roof and a few minutes later asked me to turn the AC on again and we could feel cool air blowing through our vents.
The owner was very thorough when discussing our HVAC system and he took his time answering all of the questions that I had. I especially like how Ivy went the extra mile to reassure me as a homeowner that our older HVAC system didn't need to be replaced. I was fully expecting a hard sell on a new HVAC system so it felt good knowing hearing that from him.

I was very impressed with Ivy Heating and Air and they are now my 'go-to' for any A/C issues. I would highly recommend them. I had a great experience and I'm sure you will to!
