Huft Home Services Sacramento

Huft was one of a couple companies we called to get estimates from. They offered multiple quotes/prices and we’re willing to price match certain systems. We ended up going with Huft because they offered a great system at a good price. I also appreciated that there was no high pressure sales pitch and gave us some time to weigh our options. The install techs did a great job at removing our old system (which was difficult) and completed install in about 5-6 hours. New system works great, actually have cold A/C now. Huft is worth giving a call for an estimate!

I have used Huft for a number of projects at my home and I am so pleased with them. Their technicians are always professional, competent, and friendly and they are very responsive to their client’s needs. I will never use anyone else and am their biggest cheerleader to whoever will listen. If you are here wondering if they are a good, reputable business to support, call them now.

Isaiah was our tech today and came to perform our initial HVAC inspection on a home we just moved into. Knowing already that there are a few issues, Isaiah was able to confirm our suspicions and actually resolve issues on this first visit which with help cool or home better now as well as allow our system to not work as hard. He also made great recommendations as to moving forward, servicing and replacing aging components. And although our system is 16 years old the recommendations he provided are such that we can afford to make sure that our system is able to do what it's supposed to do for a good while longer while also providing a path for easier replacement when necessary.

Ray is absolutely amazing! we had a slab leak and only had two extra tiles. he took that in to consideration and was able to only break through two rather than four! He was very informative and explained what he was doing as he was making the repairs. Not only was he great at fixing our problem pipe, he was also super kind and funny. Appreciate the help and will definitely request him if we have any future issues.

Technician, Jose, was a great example of what customers should expect from professionals. Thorough in explanations, no rush to avoid heat or attics, and didn’t try to hide anything or attempt to sell a flux capacitor ;)
Made recommended options, but allowed me to make decisions. Showed video and photos of problem. Why aren’t all companies doing this? Most importantly, fixed issue and gave possible options for future maintenance or upgrade. Recommend.

Very professional and helpful! Every time they have come down I get a nice detailed breakdown of what will be done and a list sent to my email of all the details on the before and after. Huft is that type of company that you would have a real tough time thinking of how they could possibly improve, they're that good. Highly recommend.

Kevin was our service rep. He was able to walk us through our entire system, identify all the issues and was able to set us up with a great system. Out of the 3 companies we had come out to look at our HVAC system, Kevin was by far the most thorough.

Glenn was very professional and had great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to over sell us on our product. He was even able to price match from a competitor and was able to get us a schedule for HVAC install in a few days. We shared some stories about work and life and he seemed more like a family friend than a salesman. We now have our new heater and air conditioner and couldn’t be happier. Huft Home Services replaced my old HVAC system with a heat pump, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. After I requesting an estimate online, Glenn came to my house, assessed my house and current system, and put together several HVAC options for me to choose from. Each of these options were tailored to suit my individual needs as opposed to simply making the company the most money. After discussing the pros and cons of each system and settled on a heat pump. Because this option specifically addressed my needs, I felt confident knowing that I was selecting the best option for my situation.

Less than 48 hours later, Chris and three other Huft employees arrived on time and completed the job in a single day. Everyone from Huft was extremely polite and respectful of my home and pets. It was refreshing to see the manner in which the crew from Huft interacted with one another. The employees were respectful to one another and clearly enjoyed working together. I got the sense that Huft values its employees, and that its employees enjoy working for Huft.

My new heat pump system is working exactly as described. It is incredibly quiet and efficient.

Based on this excellent experience, I will be a Huft Home Services customer for many years to come.

He made sure all my questions were answered and he kept making adjustments until I was happy with the airflow in all the rooms.
