We had an appointment set and our service person, Mark Hall called us 30 minutes prior to the set window and asked if it would be okay to come early. He got right to work and found the issue, corrected it and now we have cold sir again. Mark also discussed with us a newer more efficient system. When we are ready for a new unit we will call Christensen Heating and Cooling and have Mark do the work. Just a great experience all the way around.

Christiansen’s installed a new air conditioner and heating unit. They arrived on time and were courteous and professional. Job done in one day. Things went smoothly and all systems working well. I would highly recommend them.

My AC broke over the weekend and Christensen Heating and Air could come out right away. Not only was Mark, the technician, earlier than the time window (LOVE THAT), he was professional and thorough. Walked me through what I needed replaced and why. I would definitely use them again and recommend them if you are in need.

My AC system quit working during the hottest week of the year. Mark Hall arrived on time and quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor. He swapped it out and checked out the rest of the system. Mark is polite and was really like by our dogs. Christensen Heating & Cooling really saved us and Carmen the office manager was a delight to talk to and was very helpful in scheduling service.
