Rosemead HVAC Care

I had a 3 year old AC that needed some repair. I called a number of companies but no one stood out like Rosemead HVAC Care did. From the phone call to actual appointment the technicians were very polite and they patiently answered all of our questions. I will be calling them for a yearly maintenance of our AC. I am impressed with the technician Rosemead HVAC Care sent. He is very approachable and showed expertise with his job. He even managed to explain to me what he is doing as I observed his work.My air conditioner is working efficiently now!

I called the company on Monday and set up the appointment for the next day. I had an emergency and was going to ER so I called and asked if we could push back the appointment for the same day they agreed to 3:00pm. I later received a call from the technician and he did not know about the time change but had a bunch of questions about the furnace which we could not answer. I told him I would call him when I was home. He then told me he wasn’t in the area could we make it for Wednesday at 9-12, I agreed. I got this strong feeling I should call and confirm the appointment at around 10 am on Wednesday and spoke with the technician he said he wouldn’t becoming because he did not know how to work on furnaces. Wow, could I have been told that initially?

This is a fake site, it is a referral service with fake reviews, nobody can get 40 plus 5 star reviews this quick in this business, hey Google can you check into these people.

I am very satisfied with the outcome. Rosemead HVAC Care had definitely impressed us by repairing the damaged air conditioners in just a short amount of time. I would highly recommend them!
