Adam did such a great job servicing our furnace, AC unit and filters. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He answered questions with ease, and took his time with all of our equipment.

Alyx was fantastic. Showed up at 8:00am fixed my AC gave me a terrific deal to sign up for the first year of service. Started cleaning my lifetime filter that I thought was uncleanible because it was black. He ran out of cleaning spray but he will come back next month to finish cleaning them. Which is fine because I have 2 brand new filters in the ac now. The cleaning and installing the filters is FREE .

Adam knows what he’s doing. I’ve been a building contractor so I have some knowledge of AC system systems. Adam pinpointed the problem and resolve the issue, no muss no fuss. Steve quickly diagnosed and repaired the reason for the A/C system not cooling. He was very professional and took the time to walk me through and explain everything. He was on time for the appointment and excellent communications from Service Champions when he was on the way and tracking his arrival time. Very happy with the service.

The technician who showed up to perform routine maintenance on our AC unit/furnace, Alyx, was kind and professional. He took the time to explain our repair options and answered all of our questions thoroughly. My wife and I have had nothing but great things to say about Service Champions’ (SC) technicians and staff. SC truly values their customers and their quality of work is second to none.

Got a same day appointment with Mike who was fantastic. He called in advance and gave us the option to see him early. He explained our system in a way we could easily understand and fixed our system quickly. He was friendly, polite and gave us more than one option to troubleshoot our system. I didn’t feel sold. I went from a broken system to cool air in under and hour.

This company and their technicians deserve some high praise for the quality of their work and the way they deal with their customers. They are prompt and communication is excellent. Our technician Andrew called me to update me on the progress of the repairs and made sure I understood what was being done on our heater. When he ran into a problem with the repair effort and needed a few more days to secure the parts Andrew went to a local hardware store and purchased a space heater so my son, his wife and their new baby would be comfortable. That amounts to astounding customer service. I am so glad I contacted this company.
