I have used Senergy for years and have been happy with their work. They are a small company, but very reliable.

Killer service with a smile. Thank you Anthony for getting the job done on time and within my budget.

Waste of time. Originally gave a 1 hour time window of arrival but then changed it. Waited for over 2 hours for them and wouldn’t show up.Even though they kept saying they were 30 minutes away. Finally decided to show up over 2 and half hours late. Also Said they would send a written estimate but none was received.

Service was great Anthony was very polite very knowledgeable and very resourceful about this local area and about his trade. Anthony was able to help me with other small household task that I was involved in when he showed up. I would definitely recommend his services to anybody and we will be using him again when it’s time for us to upgrade our heating and air-conditioning systems. Thank Anthony.

Anthony and his assistant were great. On time and always a pro!!

I made appointment for assessment of AC and electrical unit only. No service was done- only diagnostic tests. Anthony came on time and spent about 45 minutes. He was knowledgeable, complete, explained everything to me and was extremely polite and respectful of the fact I knew nothing about the unit. He sent me digitally a complete assessment in a very timely manner-later on that evening- and it costs me $69.00 which was very reasonable and fair I thought. The diagnostic I forwarded into my landlord which hopefully will respond. I want also note that the scheduler, Alex, went out of her way to fit me in before the weekend.

I am so happy that i contacted Senergy Plumbing Heating & Air. I liked their performance and quick response to scheduled me within 2 days and Anthony diagnosed the problem right away and now i have a new furnace and condense unit installed. I Highly recommend their services to friends and family. Job well done!

I booked an online appointment for today, through an app, which wasn't really available. Alex contacted me and explained the situation. She worked so hard to make sure the repair happened at my rental property today. Alex was in constant communication with me until the repairman came and got the a/c working again. I was thrilled with the customer service and the repair. Thank you so much!

Knowledgeable and friendly. New equipment needed to be adjusted but they came out within a day and resolved the issue
