The entire process was professional and fast. Jack came out on time for a tune up on my AC unit and was extremely helpful with explaining everything that was causing trouble and what we could to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and patient when I asked him too many questions. We couldn’t have gotten luckier and definitely recommend Jack and the company for any job in the future.

I just wanted to say the service was exceptional. Jack came out and diagnose the problem going on with my air conditioning unit. Technician Jack gave me a few solutions was very professional and prompt. Will be using and recommending this company. Overall totally satisfied with the service.

the weathers been heating up so when my AC went down i was in a bit of a panic. i contacted air care and a gentleman by the name of Jack came to the rescue and made it clear that not all heros wear capes. he was funny but professional and very knowledgeable. he was like the air conditioning wizard. Jack did the work fast and efficiently and in a very clean manor. super thankful for this company and if their other employees are as good as the one that came to help me then they’re doing something right. kinda hope my AC goes down again at some point to relive the customer service i experienced. 100/10 would recommend.

These past few weeks very very cold and my heating stopped working in our home. My dogs get very cold so I needed to find someone who would be kind and honest. I found this company with great reviews and was extremely satisfied! Jimmy was great and was that, very kind and honest. A great technician! Would recommend to all my family & friends.

JP came out to give an estimate. He explained my options thoroughly and quoted a fair price for quality equipment which was MUCH lower than a major competitor in San Clemente. The installation was a breeze. The team was professional, neat and efficient...took 2 days for 2, 5 ton, heat-pump installation. Highly recommended.

Great Experience!!! Tech Jimmy was on time. Very professional and he knows a lot. He went to the attic checked all the ducting and Furnace . Super nice guy. Strongly recommend Air Care. Really nice company and the owner Juny is amazing as well.

We have had many misses with HVAC repair companies in the past couple years. It was my pleasure to work with Jack, and have our heater repaired quickly. He explained the work, showed me the items that needed to be replaced, walked through the diagnostic process and even called me every day to give me an update on the parts that were on order. Not once did I feel that I was being oversold or taken advantage of. He was highly efficient, and most of the bill came from parts, not labor. I will definitely do business with Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning in the future. Also, ask for Jack, he is amazing :)

He showed up on time and was super respectful to me and my home. He was able to quickly identify the issue as well as upgrade my old and clunky thermostat.
