I was impressed with this company from my first call to them to their follow up call to see how the repair was working. They were responsive, quick to schedule the service and repair, and reasonably priced. The repair work was done quickly and professionally. The service techs were friendly, neat and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

We used True Blue recently for some HVAC issues we had at our home. Shane, the owner, took the time to thoughtfully answer all of our questions and explain the most logical and cost-effective manner in which to proceed with fixing our heating/cooling problems. The guys (Kevin and Nestor) who came out to do some repairs were top notch as well. They were both very friendly, punctual, and supremely competent. We will only use these guys from now on!

3 years after our HVAC system was installed True Blue was willing to trouble shoot the system over the phone on a Saturday to help fix a wire issue that was not their fault. That’s great customer service. Thanks again.

After my recent experience with True Blue, I can honestly say they were one of the best companies I've worked with. Shane, the manager, was responsive, on time, and flexible with my schedule. After a quick inspection of the A/C system he knew what needed to be done to get that cool A/C breeze flowing evenly to each of the rooms in the house. Once he sent me a quote, he took the time to give me a call and explain everything that needed to be done. The day of the service he and his team arrived on-time and professional, and delivered on their promise to fix the air flow issues that were preventing the A/C from cooling all of the rooms in the house. It's been a few weeks since then, with several days over 100F and it has made a huge difference in keeping the house cool.

True Blue is now my go-to for any A/C related issues. They've earned 5-stars and a lifetime customer.

We had a great experience with True Blue Heating and Air Conditioning. Our air conditioner broke during a heat wave, and we called and they came that same day. They were easy to schedule, and kept us updated throughout the day. Jim did an amazing job, and even explained how to help keep it working properly. Jim was super nice, and did a great job. I would highly recommend True Blue and Jim, and we will definitely use them again.

Shane showed up on time, appropriately masked during Covid. He patiently explained what was wrong and showed me the parts that need to be replaced. He was able to send someone from his team to replace everything the next day and they kept to the high quality service. They will be our go to from now on.

We have had True blue out to service and replace a “condenser and a blower fan “ for are HVAC systems . they go above and beyond Shane and Kevin are great professionals . I Highly recommend them for any of you Heating or A/C needs.
