I live in Rancho Cucamonga. I have problem with the hot water in one of my shower. I called another local plumbing company 2 weeks ago. they have good reviews, but they came 2 days after to check my shower, but never called my with an estimate. I contact them several time and they told me as soon they get the part cost, they will give me an estimate. Never happens, and they never reply my calls and text messages any more. Then I decide to look for another plumbing company, and google RAMCO PLUMBING. I called, and they answer my phone call right away, and they told me they can be at my home for a free estimate in an hour. That was awesome. The dispatcher Brian was super friendly, and told me I'll get an estimate as soon as plumber check my shower. Ericsen, the plumber, called me 50 minutes after, letting me know he was about 10 minutes away, (perfectly in time). Ericsen check my shower, fix the problem and improve the water pressure in about 15 minutes. He didn't need any part, as I was told by other plumbing company. He charge me very fair, I though it will be a lot more. I'm just sorry I didn't called RAMCO PLUMBING before, because I have no hot water in my shower for 4 weeks, and RAMCO PLUMBING, fixed in 15 minutes. I recommend RAMCO PLUMBING, to everyone. Very professional, very friendly, super fast, clean work, no mess, very honest and super fair cost. SUPER HAPPY NOW.

Michael was helpful and responsive to our situation - needed to temporarily disconnect HVAC unit in closet to allow for water damage mitigation. Thanks for honesty and pitfalls of reinstalling our 15 yr old unit.

Outstanding! Another company said they had to order parts for a toilet and it would be a week for installation. I called Ramco and they came out in 20 minutes. It was fixed an hour later! They are the only plumber I will call from now on.
