My scheduled appointment never showed up, so I immediately called "AiRight" and talked with Terry. It was late in the day and I explained my situation - I needed my AC unit removed because concrete contractors will arrive in the morning to demo the patio slab and prepare to lay-down new patio slab and sidewalk around the house.
Terry assured me that he would have a technician out the next morning. As promised, the technician arrived early next morning and diligently removed the AC unit and moved it out of the way from the concrete workers.
The technician was courteous, masked and cleaned- up afterward. My experience with AiRight was exceptionally, customer service was outstanding and the workmanship was superb. I would not hesitate to hire AiRight again, that is why I'll be contacting AiRight in couple weeks to re-install my AC unit. Stay-tuned....

I called them in the morning and they were at my house fixing my sewer pipes by the afternoon. They were super friendly and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I used this company twice now. The first time was at beginning of covid19. It was difficult to find a plumber who was willing to enter homes to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. This company was recommended and they were available, knowledgeable, on-time, and good customer service. The second time was to replace a water heater and a rusty gasket under the sink. They were professional and fast. I especially think that the owner Terry is a great guy. Very nice and understanding. It's family owned and I am all for supporting small businesses (especially through these trying times). Thank you Terry and your staff!

Had a tenant going 4 days without hot water and getting the run around from two other plumbers. Tried 7 other supposedly "emergency plumbing services" and they all couldn't show up the same evening. Called AiRight, spoke to the owner and he had his plumber out there in 20 minutes. It wasn't cheap, and the fix required a second visit the next morning, but it got done and I have a happy tenant again.

I am not a big fun of writing a review, but after receiving outstanding service I decided to spend a couple minutes and share my experience with this company. First, I want to tell you guys that if you are looking for the company to fix or maintain your appliances, do not look forward, this is the company. The professionalism of Customer Service Rep and the Technician who performed the job truly exceeded my expectation. Long story, short story, I have a tank less water heater and I was looking for the company to do a deep cleaning. For the 5+ years that I own the water heater I did not do any cleaning (too bad). I called Airight and the appointment was set in less than 10 minutes. The Customer Service asked me a few questions (not stupid questions such as “is power cord plugged in?” “do you have power at home?”) you know what I am talking about. Next day, the Technician showed up at the appointed time. The service was completed in 2 hours and I got my hot water back. During the service, one of the valve was fallen apart. I know it was because of lack of service in the past, but Technician did not charge me for the parts and replaced the valve free of charge. It was not a big deal, but the way the company treat the customer is a key. I definitely will recommend Airight to all my relatives and friends.

Matt was able to come to my home within three days, while other services offered one week away appointment. He found the issue with our air conditioning system and ordered part. Came back few days later and fixed our cooling system finally. Very pleasant and professional guy. The girls who answered phone and schedule call were professionals as well. Great experience! I recommend, if you need fast and affordable AC service!

Major kudos to AiRight Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing. We developed a clog in a mainline drain from our kitchen and utility room yesterday. AiRight came out this morning and quickly dealt with the issue. Their price was less than half of another local company that also has good reviews. Super satisfied with the service I received today from a Airight. They called me to see if they could come early due to a cancellation. They were very professional and recharged my central air system to perfect working order. They explained what the system needed beforehand as well as the trade offs with maintaining an old system. Repairmen were very courteous and professional and wore face masks the entire visit. Highly recommend!
