Quick response and excellent service! Camilo was dispatched for my needs and he quickly confirmed my diagnosis and fixed the problem. He was also very professional and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

My only problem with Sky Whirl was the price of the R410 refrigerant I needed. I was charged $150 per lb.! R410A typically costs $15 to $20 per lb. $150 per lb. is a massive markup!

I am so glad we selected Sky Whirl to perform an AC pre-season maintenance for our AC units. Now we are comfortable we will not get a failure in the midst of a summer heat wave when all the professional companies are overloaded with service requests.

Would not recommend. Manager is unprofessional and very disrespectful. Staff is unable to properly wire a basic thermostat and will inform you that yours is broken when it is not. They will also try to sell you a more expensive one. Do not expect a refund for poor service, you will be given round about excuses on how it isn’t they’re fault.
The homeowner was informed of the adjustment of a new and better thermostat. Something more energy efficient and more cost effective.

This was my first time using Sky Whirl and it definitely will not be my last! First off, the operators do an excellent job and are very professional and friendly. I was promptly scheduled and had a tech out next day after I experienced AC failure. I swear it was perfect timing, heat wave comes and my home AC fails what luck.

Well the great news is I was lucky enough to get Ed Naranjo as my repair technician. He arrived on time, and he gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival (I have big dogs and this was great heads up so I could get them situated in kennels) I must say his professionalism is top notch! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions as he was doing the repair. He made sure I understood what he was doing AND why. Ed also made some great suggestions and notified me of potential problems so I just said, handle it today while you’re at it. He is by far one of the nicest people I have had to work with. I have had not so pleasant experiences with other service people in the past with other companies and Ed was a breath of fresh air.

He finished the repair in a timely manner and even suggested a maintenance plan for upkeep on the homes AC system. What I really appreciated was his approach and delivery of the information. He did it in such a way I felt comfortable, NOT like a pushy sales guy selling you something you don’t need. The maintenance plans are a great value and I will be adding those soon!

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and Sky Whirl has gained a new long time customer. I will say Ed’s service and attention to detail is a large part of that. He is an very valuable technician, this man needs a raise or something! I’m very pleased with the service, my AC is working again and blows colder air now too! Thanks again!

Ed presented himself as a professional. unlike other A/C repair companies farther away that charge an additional fee due to the distance they come, these guys are local. You can trust these guys not to drive up costs by some sales scheme they are trained to push onto the client but to help you quickly and aid you with your needs.

These guys were very professional, knowledgeable, offered different options and financing which came in handy. The whole team was CDC compliant with COVID-19. The prices weren't the lowest but they weren't the highest and with what you get and the maintenance program it turned out to be way more bang for my buck. I had a new A/C and furnace installed with WiFi thermostat and the UV light to kill pollens and bacteria. I would definitely recommend this company for the quality alone, the rest is a bonus.
