We went ahead and scheduled the install and were told it would take 2-3 days. Staff by Pacific Coast Air conditioning & Heating repair came out to do the install. They were prompt and friendly, always putting on shoe covers and masks when they were inside. Staff, the electrician, was also great to work with.

I called to ask if we could change a couple locations of the units. The staff ofvPacific Coast Air conditioning & Heating repair offered to come by again, just to be sure he'd document the changes correctly on the quote. He came by and answered a couple more questions my husband and I had, sent the repair staff over that same day!

The first contractor I called replaced my bad capacitor with a used one that did not fixed the ac problem. Very unethical. I called Pacific Coast by googling. They are on the high end in price but is very responsive and provided excellent customer service. Money well spent!
