Del Johnson AC & Heating Inc

Been at our place for 3 years, Have dealt with Del Johnson in Paradise for those 3 with an AC unit that they could not fix or find the right problem. Finally got a new AC unit, still our AC did not work correctly. They were scheduled to be here today June 2017, between 3 and 5 pm, showed up 8 hours early, to a temperamental husband and on top of it a temperamental Del Johnson employee, the two did not mix well. I tried to go into the office to see what could be done about getting them back out, however was verbally attacked by the man that came out to our place. So needless to say my AC that they put in last year still doesn't work and will not be fixed by them. So poor work, poor attitudes ( all the way around) and they do not guarantee their work or fix it properly. Wish tempers did not fly out of hand, however they are very unprofessionally, and after this year could not recommend them.

Flexible - In the three years I have been relying on Del Johnson they have been willing to work to my schedule.
Friendly - The call takers and the workman have all been courteous and professional. Plus, each workman has explained to me what was happening with my HVAC system.
Honest - I had an estimate by another local company for a circuit board replacement. DJ was 50% the price they quoted me for parts and labor. I have trusted them thus far, and will continue to do so until given reason not to.

It was a hot summer day, temps to reach 100-108 and the air conditioner stopped working. With the smoke filled air from our northern Ca. wildfires, we couldn't use the whole house fan for evening relief.

Word of mouth I heard Del Johnson was honest, fair and efficient. They scheduled an appointment right away. They fixed the problem within minutes!
