Our contractor recommended having our air ducts cleaned after our kitchen and bathroom remodel. We called several companies and got quotes ranging from $299 up to 3,000 Dollars.
We Found Assured Heating and Air through Yelp and reached out directly for a quote. They responded the same day which we liked, and we got in touch with the Owner Chris.
He offered to come out and provided an estimate at no cost.
Not only were our ducts dirty, but our furnace’s inside was caked with dirt. He explained it was caused by improper filtration. Our filters are underneath the furnaces and he said there is not a filter assembly under it to support it so it gets sucked into the unit and allows everything to pass the filter and get into the equipment and then into the ducting.
Knowing what we found along with a few other recommendations we felt Assured heating and Air would be the best fit to do the work.
The technicians arrived a few days later to do the work. We were impressed with the drop cloths and level of care while they were in our home working. They took lots of photos and we honestly couldn’t be happier. This company deserves a lot more recognition. We will recommend Assured Heating and Air to everyone.
