Originally brought the wrong size, but promptly exchanged it for the correct one and adjusted the price according to size. Also we were under a time constraint and they were very accommodating to our needs. We were about to leave for the summer and they extended the warranty since the unit was not in use for a few months. The servicemen were professional and pleasant.

AC wasn't spitting out cold air. Called Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair and one technician was here within an hour. We did our HW, checked all the breakers, and thought we were out of options. Turns out there is a third breaker by the unit outside. Charged us a trip charge and he was on his way. Fair and honest. Can't complain.

In the middle of a very busy and record heat wave Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair team replaced my AC in my 40 yr old house in one day. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and a great value. Couldn't be happier.

The only problem encountered was the replacement of the air handler indoors behind a closet door. Because it is a newer unit, it is also a stronger unit (?) which translates to air being sucked through the slats of the closet door at a higher rate; providing a sound of air blowing through a creaky mansion. They've dialed the blower motor down from high to medium, but the sound is still noticeable when the unit starts. We may have to shave off the top or bottom of the door, or place a grill in the wall. They are still working with me at this point.

The agent was on time, he cleaned up afterwards and appears to have done a meticulous job. The handicap of 3-4 days without heat was **** ** my arthritis. I feel if the company is going to work on a certain manufactures product; and there is no way to get the product, some modality ie: be able to get into the main ware house, have at least 1 of every part necessary to make the customers functionally comfort.
