    We called and scheduled an appointment for an AC tune up and they were able to come out that week. We were given an appointment window and they technician came out between his designated time. He was very informative about pricing and laid it all out upfront before starting work. Our system is about 17 years old and we live out in the country so there is years of wear and tear. We are going to call to schedule a quote for a replacement unit as we know that the time maybe approaching. We will definitely use De Air Company Inc. for all our heating and cooling needs.

    Caleb was our technician, great guy. He was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and put the fix on it. He also explained what the issue was. I would highly recommend De Air Company Inc. for all your HVAC needs.

    Our system had a fatal malfunction and Matt came right up, even though roads were icy. He did thorough inspection and we ultimately had to purchase a new unit. He didn't want us to be without heat, so arranged delivery within hours. He and Caleb returned and worked in the snow to install the unit. We've relied on this company and these two gentlemen before and they've never let us down.

    I called De Air to get a second opinion on my air conditioning unit when the company I called first, did a poor job and failed to diagnose the problem correctly or fix it properly.

    My technician was Caleb, and he was the nicest and most informative service rep I could have asked for. Not only did De Air answer their phones promptly rather then send me to voice mail, Caleb showed up to repair my unit less than 2 hours after I called.

    Without telling Caleb what had been done to the unit the day before, he came back with a completely different diagnostic report than the company the day before. The problem was easily fixable with one part ( not the same problem the other company reported). Caleb's diagnostics gave a totally different impression on the overall health of the unit. The first company issued a death certificate on it when I called to tell them their technician failed to fix it and offered to sell me a new unit.

    Before working on the unit, Caleb gave me a complete run down on what he found, what he thought the problem was and what he wanted to do fix it and what he felt the over outlook was for my unit and allowed me to make an informative decision on how to proceed. Was the unit worth fixing was one of the first questions Caleb answered for me.

    After Caleb left, I felt like I had made a good decision on which repairs to have made and felt it was money well spent.

    The other company's stance was that if their fix didn't do the job, that is because the unit was unfixable. That if Caleb found problem that differed from that of their technician, it's because those part/parts stopped working or broke after their tech left. When I asked them why they charged me $250.00 to fix something they believed unfixable, I was merely told that it's an electrical device, things can go wrong at anytime that they can't be held responsible for, and their job was to get the unit started which they did, so they felt it was a job well done even though they failed to FIX the problem.

    Bottom line, I felt that De Air, and specifically their technician, was open and honest with me about my options and gave me what I felt were valid and credible answers to my many, many questions regarding what and how he was fixing and why his diagnostics were so much different from the other companies. I would not hesitate to ask them out again for any future repairs and will call them first when it's time to replace our current unit or compressor. I only wish they did more than just heating and air so I could call them for all my home repair needs.

    The Office answered the phone and was very polite. They sent a technician the same day. He found the problem and explained everything he had done and will have to do. He ordered the part needed and it was fixed in a very timely manner. I met two of the technicians. Both are great guys and I can't say enough about how professional they are. As far as pricing........You can't go wrong with this company.

    I was very impressed with De Air Company. They figured out the problem immediately and had it fixed in a week after having to order parts. I didnt break the bank either. I wont use anyone else.

    Very considerate and thoughtful. He remembered being here before and gave good advice about keeping unit clear of dirt and debris. He kept to the check list and answered all my questions. I will not hesitate to call De Air Co for any repairs or needs in the future.

    There is no reason to call anyone else. De Air Company is reasonably priced and their techs are always prompt and knowledgeable. I have been a De Air customer for 15 years and they have never given me a reason to to want to change. I know they never will. Thanks Rick, Jen, Matt and Caleb.

    Honest, reliable, prompt, thorough from field to office. They came to the rescue when another local company failed to follow through. I echo the same words a lot of my friends and family have with DeAir. They've saved many people money and kept them cool.

    My a/c unit quit cooling and we called De Air during the 100 degree time and they were swamped but came out the next day made a temporary fix and ordered a board for it. When the board arrived they called and we were out of town and they came out and made the repair. We will use De Air for our a/c needs in the future. The employees we interacted with were polite and courteous.
