I contacted Pacific Hеat & AC Repair thee Saturdays ago, upon discovering that I again had no hot water from my Noritz tankless. They sent a technician within a couple of hours, which saved the day as I was having many guests over later that evening. Having flushed and serviced the heater, later in the week it again started to provide hot water only sporadically. Last week, they sent Mike C who diagnosed the problem. He gave me a quote for a new, larger unit., including crediting the cost of the repair visit. I got another estimate, which Pacific Hеat & AC Repair beat. Besides, I could tell that Mike is a real Pacific Hеat & AC Repairwho is proud of his work. I knew he’d get it done right and quickly. He put in the new heater Friday. It is much more professionally plumbed and placed. I feel confident in the work and the future performance. Provided a list of prices for membership or just the day fee. Was very friendly, wore all proper COVID PPE, and carried a conversation when he worked. Was recommended by my neighbor and glad he did. I would recommend for future. I can only speak on him fixing the furnace. All it needed was a new heat sensor. Provided me with a receipt and warranty. Overall would recommend!
