Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating

Aladdin is by far the best air conditioning company I have used. I have tried multiple around the area and this one is by far the best. I had Cameron as my technician. He was very informative and so helpful. He took time to make sure I understood what he was going to do and was very patient with my many questions. He was so professional, extremely kind and very knowledgable about the equipment. If you are new to the area or looking for a new company to try, I cannot recommend Aladdin (specifically Cameron) enough!

We have used Aladdin Air Conditioning for the last 5 years and upgraded our system a few years back. We do routine service to maintain our unit. They have always been professional, on time and responsive to our needs. Jesse was the service technician today. I really appreciate the extra time he took to answer my questions and clean the spider webs from the coils and washing the exterior of our air conditioning unit.

Aladdin installed our new heater 4 years ago and we have never had an issue. We have annual service calls to check heater and replace filter to keep our warranty good. The service technicians are always super friendly, professional, and they explain everything that they do. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would.

Brandon and the installation team at Aladdin installed my new Infinity HVAC system and I was extremely satisfied overall. They were able to install it very efficiently and professionally. As we have an Aladdin maintenance contract, we were able to proactively determine the best time to replace our aging and power hungry original HVAC system. The senior service technician Jason really helped me to make an informed decision not to keep repairing our old system and helped me determine why it made sense to invest in a new system. Brandon was super quick and knowledgeable to work with us to help us decide on the best new system for our style and had us scheduled within the week to do the complete install which only took 1 day. I have sourced other companies for comparison and have found the team at Aladdin to be the best in the area on overall value considering price, service, and quality. I can definitely recommend them.

John was my service technician and did an excellent job of testing both systems and sharing information as he worked. Very professional .. right down to putting shoe covers on every time he walked inside my home. I feel confident that my system is still running great and will continue to do so. Thank you John for your excellent service and making me feel like a valued customer.

There was an unexpected problem last night with the A/C and coincidentally we had scheduled a service maintenance for today. Eric showed up and other than another part that has to be ordered he had everything he needed to install a new fan. He went through every detail. Friendly and professional. Let everything shiny and clean. We will use them from this day forward.

The technician, Jorge, came out on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He had all the parts needed with him and was able to get my AC running in no time. He was very thorough in explaining to me the issues and any preventative maintenance I should take, while providing great customer service. I would highly recommend Aladdin.

I cannot say enough good things about Aladdin. I have a very old heating and air system that desperately needs replacing, but that I cannot afford to replace. Over the last 3yrs, the Aladdin team has helped me keep my system running while I save toward a new system. They've been incredibly creative with their solutions to keep my 1972 yr old heating/air system running. Even though they stand to benefit greatly when I buy a new system from them, which I certainly will at some point. If you are looking for supportive and great people who do quality work and really care about their customers, Aladdin is it!

I called a variety of HVAC service providers to see if someone could come out on short notice to check out my furnace. Aladdin was the only one who said they had a technician available. They responded immediately and scheduled someone for the next day. Carlos was prompt, courteous, efficient and helpful. Although another service was recommended to me, I’m sure I will return to Aladdin when I need service in the future!
