Response time for service is terrible. I've been waiting for several months for the final inspection to get my solar panels turned on after being told many times it would only be a few weeks. Every time someone shows up for a "final" inspection, they tell me another "final" inspection needs to happen. How many final inspections are there? I also have yet to be fully reimbursed for the payments I've been making each month for solar services I'm not even using. Aside from that, the construction team built everything fairly quickly. It would be nice if I could actually use the solar panels.

My experience with Jonathan Hernandez from Voltaic, has been great. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about the solar panel program which made it very easy for me to make the decision to go solar. I recommend Voltaic to anyone that is interested on switching to solar. Thank you Jonathan for all of your help!

We’ve had our system since December and everyday so excited to see how many kilowatts our system is generating and even better seeing the negative usage with SCE. Vinnie was very knowledgeable about our options and answered all of our questions. The team was very professional and we can’t wait to see what our bills we be during the summer with max sunlight and a/c usage.

Jodalyn has been excellent in answering my questions, providing information and being responsive and available. She has provided such great service so far and has communicating extremely well with me since the beginning. When my roof had a leak during the heavy rain a few weeks ago she went out of her way to take care of it right away, same day, as a courtesy for me, her client. I highly recommend her and her team for your solar needs!

Brad was very professional and knowledgeable about solar. The crew came in started work around 7:00 7:30 finished up about 3:00 looks very nice very professional very pleased with their work they did great cleanup job where they worked.

From initial consultation to installation, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Their willingness to go above and beyond to help with other tasks such as carting off e-waste really sets this company apart. I'd recommend them to anyone considering going solar. I wasn't sure if I wanted to install solar, but Voltaic took the time to answer all my questions. Then, the rains delayed the install crew. But Dean was able to get another of his crew to come late and work overtime to get the job done on the day that was promised. And the crew knew their stuff. Polite, friendly, competent, and customer friendly!! 5 stars!

Voltaic Construction installed solar panels on my brothers' home. The crew provided us with updates on what time they would arrive and arrived early in the morning. Dean and his crew were very polite and kept the property clean while continuing to provide us with updates on their progress. The process was fast and efficient. We were very happy with the install and the crew.
