    My first experience was great. Our heater went out this winter, so we called and Mike came out right away and replaced our unit! So when our AC didn't kick on this summer we called Mike right away, left a message and waited. Called again and got an answer that he'd be out the same day. Next day called again with no answer, left message and no reply. This preggo mama is NOT happy with no AC in 100+. Should have called someone else to start with! I feel so cheated as we spent a lot of money on a new heater, I thought as a returning customer we'd have the same service.

    Honest and professional. My mom Ac was broken,, and he did warned us about our system's leaking freon issue. He said even if i add freon, it will leak again, He was right. Our AC went back to doing the same after couple of months and when we called, he came back and repaired applying the last repair fee to the new one. Thank you

    I came home on Friday and realized my heater wasn't working. I called Yourk, Inc. and spoke with Mike. He came to my house within an hour. He gave me sound and honest advice on what I should do, because my furnace was 17 years old. I decided to replace my furnace. He and his crew came out early next day and installed the new furnace. I mentioned that my a/c was broken and he repaired it for free. Now, we are toasty warm in our house.

    One of the worst services. As a truck driver I travel so my wife call this company to come service our air condition nothing wrong with it he charged her $390 then after a month and a half I come home the air conditioner is not cooling. She called him again while I was there. He told my wife that it will be another $89 for service charge said that he need to charge our condition. When I asked him then why didn't he do the same thing at the first time when he charge $390 he could not reply me back said that it was too hot and he has to leave now. Then he insisted that he needed that $89 for the service fee. When I asked him for a receipt he would not give it to me. This company is a thief and stole money from my wife.

    Our a.c. went out during this heat wave, went on line and found Yourk! 4 hours after my call Mike was at our house and fixed it. Good service and pleasant.

    Made an appointment with Mike, Texted him day of appointment to confirm we were still on. He confirmed appointment with me and then went ghost. No show/No call/No text.

    If you're pressed for time like I am, go somewhere else where they respect your time.
