We have needed to use Johnson 5 different times on our home for various reasons. They have always shown up same day, fixed the issue and reasonably charged. I recently referred them to my parents and they were shocked they came out same day even though it was late in the afternoon. 5 stars. I highly recommend in Chowchilla.

Really nice people!
The office person was very personable and knew exactly what was needed.
The technician was on time and knew exactly what to do. He was in and out in just under an hour ($175 per hour) and he earned every penny of it. He left the bathroom clean and functional.

We only had one of the problems fixed when we requested their services. Never got a statement, then a WHOLE YEAR later we got one saying our account was delinquent. Apparently they send out text statements (?). We are a business that does not receive texts through our business phone number. No one called or left any voicemails to notify us of a statement either. Very disappointed and not a very professional way to bill customers. Definitely won’t be using this company again

I called two weeks ago to schedule for a quote to move plumbing. The rep told me that someone will follow up with me. Haven’t heard back, I called a week later and the rep again said someone will follow up. I asked the rep if he knew when that will be, he replied that he will let them know, that’s all. The rep did not offer to speed up the process. He wasn’t professional by any means. It’s has been two days since my last call. Very unreliable, and bad customer service.

When I first called to get a quote about a water softener install, the person I talked to was courteous, and professional. I explained to him that I needed a softener installed, and asked if they did that. He said absolutely, and that he’d have his installer call me. It all went downhill from there. It took the installer 48 hours to finally call me, and it sounded like I was inconveniencing him by wanting to have this job done. He then told me send pictures and he’d communicate through text. Little did I know, he would only send one text per day, and not answer my questions from previous messages. He didn’t offer to come out and look at the situation, didn’t respond, and then finally quoted me an outrageous price for a job he never came to see. When I asked about having him come look at it, he just stopped communicating with me completely. I ended up getting another company out of Atwater to come out and install it within 72 hours, for 1/3 the price. I was genuinely disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism. I don’t understand why he couldn’t just tell me he didn’t want the job, vs. stringing me along for a week, and then just cutting communication.

Poor value, tried to charge the obvious things, like diagnostics of the faucet is leaking, which is a known fact.
not professional, charge the part with their mark-up price, does not allow the the parts from home depot with lower price,
bad attitude after I pointed out all the issues.
