CEN-CAL AIR Heating and Cooling

I am so happy with the train system that they put in My Home. The heat pump system works extremely well well and is energy efficient. As well as all new ductwork in my older home made my heating and cooling system highly efficient and saves me money. Should have done this sooner.

Called to have my AC serviced before turning on for the season. The technician, Marcos, was friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do each step of the way. I would definitely call Cen-Cal Air out again.

Our A/C stopped working on the hottest week in July. I called Cen Cal Air and explained the issue and they gave me a time slot that was flexible with my schedule. I got a reminder call and Javier showed up promptly and diagnosed and repaired quickly. Great customer service all around. I highly recommend their service.

Called in June and got same day service. Tech explained what he was doing, the office followed up. Was smooth everything is running great again. They also did my original install in 2018. Highly recommend.

I have been using Cen-cal air since they were open back in 2011, this is my first review for them they have a very low turn around technician rate that i can tell the owner treats their worker well as he does for his customers. Their do have a fair price compare to other repair company in Los banos, their work is professional, always having a quality work, and the response time is fast, you can always get the same day service if not the next day, I highly recommend them for residential and commercial HVAC repair.

They installed my system and have serviced it annually since. They are very good at communicating and when I had a recall issue they did go above and beyond to make sure my family and I were up and running with very little downtime

Javier (the tech) was very professional, and courteous. He did a great job, did the required maintenance on our unit and checked our air flow and temp inside the house.

The tech they sent out to my house was Brandon W. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and super friendly. He walked me through all the work he was doing and explained everything very well. He fixed the issue in 10 minutes. The bill was a little high but it was weekend prices so understandable. CEN-CAL, you guys have a great employee. Thanks again Brandon

My AC was having issue staying on, I called on Sunday and my apt was set for Monday morning . The tech that came , his name was Marcos and he was absolutely amazing. Was very respectful , very kind and explained in detail my issue that was understandable to me. Really appreciate the fix and Marcos . Will definitely use this service again if I ever run into any issues and maintenance.
