Called for a second quote after a major company said my 3.5 ton ac was dead on a Friday night. Without hesitation, he said he be over to look at my ac to make the bigger company wasn't trying to get me to buy something I didn't need. In 10 minutes was over, confirmed my ac was dead but quoted me a new ac about 2k cheaper. But what really impressed me was the honesty and integrity of him. Small business owner who cares. Amazing service. New install following Monday with no issues. Recommend this company to anyone. Grained a lifetime customer (hoping not to have to use them often 😀).

Cooling & Heating Repair did a great job for us. They were informative, polite, cheerful, and respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves. This applies specifically to Alex (who came out on the emergency call when we discovered our furnace had failed), Alina (who handled all communications with us and explained our options), and Stephan his assistant, who installed our new furnace. These guys do great work. I had another service provider out more than once and did not fix the problem. These guys diagnosed and repaired and now everything is working perfectly. First they installed a new air conditioner, then 6 months later my furnace went out. They rewired it and now I'm toasty warm. They are now my preferred HVAC company.

We bought a house during the summer, we checked the ac and it worked fine. But, yesterday it was very cold and we decided to turn the heater on. Heater didn’t work so we contacted this company. They sent a guy out same day, his name was Vlad. He was very professional and polite. He was able to repair the heater that day as well. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
