I went on Nextdoor and asked who could install AC in my house the whole neighborhood said Tim Stivers. He's personable, responsive, and fair. My system blew a fuse the day before my in-laws were coming to stay . . . in the August heat . . . and he was there at 7am the next day. I recommended him to my neighbors who were shocked at how fast he could come out for their similar AC emergency. He's awesome, please consider him for your HVAC needs.

Tim came to my home to give me an estimate to install central A/C. I told him to show himself out when he got annoyed and said, "This is turning into an explain-a-thon."

I asked lots of questions and given that this is a $20,000 investment, I think that's to be expected.

While there are plenty of contractors who are thrilled when a potential customer asks a lot up front so there are no surprises in the end, Tim is not one of them.
