Amazing customer service, technicians and all around knowledge of our systems. McGuire Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning replaced our new system in the matter of a day, answered all of our questions and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely be recommending everyone to McGuire Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning!

The lead technician came out to service our electrical generator from McGuire Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I asked to observe and he explained things as he performed them. He went above and beyond to help me out and it was both greatly appreciated and extremely professional. Great job and thank you kindly!

Ryan at McGuire Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning promptly answered my phone call, and rather than try to sell me on expensive parts, or simply schedule an appt he was so kind and patient as he described how to troubleshoot the problem myself. I was so grateful and impressed with his kindness, patience, and honesty. Top notch!!

This is one of the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. I had a suspicion that this is an dishonest place to begin with but decided to go with them anyways because they had the earliest appointment available. A day earlier I had spoken to 2 representatives on 2 separate occasions. One quoted me $125 to come out and look at my A/C unit. The second time, a different agent quoted me $75. Hesitant, but I decided to go with them anyways for reasons explained earlier. It makes more sense the day of the appointment that this place is not a place to do business with.

I booked an appointment for someone to arrive from 8-12. Changed my schedule around to accommodate the appointment. When 1 pm rolled around and no one showed up, I gave them a call. The representative from the answering service contacted the manager and told me that I would receive a call back. 2 pm rolled around, I followed up again as I had to go pick up my kids from school at 3:00 pm. This time the representative from the answering service told me that they couldn't send anyone out because they were stuck on a commercial project. I understand that things happens unexpectedly but part of being professional is letting your paying customers know that you will be late or unable to make it. This company did neither. I am a little bit upset but maybe I should be thankful that I dodged a bullet. Will never deal with this company again.

Ryan showed up on time. He was polite, professional and thorough. He explained to me what he did and what he found and gave some advice. His work was excellent.Would definitely recommend him.

Very outstanding service.The entire team did an excellent job repairing my AC unit at a fair price.They were friendly and professional and were done at the estimated time. Will highly recommend them.
