La Brea AC Repair & Installation

I contacted this company for HVAC maintenance and they sent out a subcontractor from a different company (Green Air Pro on Venice Blvd in Culver City). When I called, it sounded more like an answering service by a nice gentleman named George. The technician Lior was great, fixed everything satisfactorily, gave us advice on our filter & thermostat, and personable customer service skills. Just a note that if you contact this company thinking you're supporting a local business on 3rd/Hauser, you'd be wrong. Maybe just call Green Air Pro in Culver City directly.

Called this company and set up an appointment. They weren't able to make it and ended up coming a day or two later and fixing our problem. They suggested we also needed a duct cleaning, but they weren't able to do it at the time. So set up a second appointment. No one came, I called as the appointment time came and went, was told they would be in touch. Several hours later, I was contacted and told a technician was having personal health issues and he tried to call me but called the wrong number. Everyone was perfectly nice, and when they did work it was fine, but twice my appointment was moved or changed or no-showed. Because of that, I won't use this company again.

The guy arrived on time and was a real professional. He repaired our living room unit who started to make some problems recently. He cleaned the place when he was done and was very polite. The unit works fine now. It was a nice and quick service at a very convenient cost. Highly recommended.

We had our heater replaced by La Brea AC Repair & Installation. John really knew what he doing and he was such a professional. He really gave me the assurance that he’ll do a great job and I wasn’t disappointed.

I had a problem with my ac cooling all night so I called them as soon as they were open and they sent some 1 out around 2hrs later and he fixed the problem within 45 min.
Also he only charged me a $50 service call because I opted for him to get the service done. Great customer service! Will use again for sure.
