Call someone else. These guys are hacks. They came to my house and broke a toilet while they were clearing my main line. They were there for two hours and charged me $600. I was glad to pay it to get my plumbing fixed but they broke a toilet and won’t make good. They say its because the plumbing is wrong. The clearly don’t have a clue what customer service is. Call Mike Diamond.

I had them come over once to fix a clogged toilet. They were pretty quick. It cost $120, which I thought was a lot, but considering the timeliness, it was ok.
This last time, they came over to deal with a leaky bath faucet and a routine flushing of my water heater. After about an hour of work, they flushed the water heater, but weren't able to fix the bath faucet. So, I have a flushed out water heater (which they charged $295 for; it took around 30 minutes), and $130 of labor + $22 of a cartridge that didn't fix a leaky faucet. The total cost was $447. I was SHOCKED. There is nothing economic about the service here, and nothing particularly good, either.

I have worked with this company for 11 years and they are by far the most professional and economical choice in the area. Would highly recommend them. I work in the building business myself and know what repairs cost. Labor and parts.
