My AC went out on a Friday afternoon. I called Comfort Choice Heater Repair and he called me back quickly. Agreed to come out on Saturday and take a look, and he was prompt and on time. After diagnosing the problem and giving me a variety of recommendations how to fix, the wife and i decided to replace. He gave me quote and brought his people out on Tuesday to install. The job looks great, and they were very clean. Comfort Choice Heater Repair is a friendly guy and trustworthy. He will explain everything he has to do, and consult with you prior to doing. I am 100% happy with the service.

Amazing service. I was having a problem with my AC tripping the circuit breaker. The company I hired previously couldn't figure out what the problem was but suggested I get a hard start kit for the compressor (needless to say their pricing was a little on the high side). So I started searching for a second opinion and found On Time AC and Heating Repair at On Time AC and Heating Repair. On Time AC and Heating Repair was extremely professional and courteous on the phone. He patiently listened to my problems and came out the next day. I was quite impressed with his methodical process of identifying the problem; as he went straight to the breaker box and found the culprit...a couple of loose wires! My previous technician never thought of looking at this and insisted that I get a hard start kit. Just to be safe On Time AC and Heating Repair ran some tests on the unit and did not find any problems; he even suggested I did not need a hard start kit! Unlike other companies trying to up sell you with unnecessary products and services, On Time AC and Heating Repair was very honest and straight forward with his suggestions. I ended up installing a hard start kit anyway and On Time AC and Heating Repair delivered! Did I mention he did this for half of the cost of the quote I got from my previous tech? I truly appreciate his experience and expertise! I think I have found my ""go to"" HVAC company! Thank you On Time AC and Heating Repair!!"

On Time AC and Heating Repair put in my new air conditioner and furnace. He got it done exactly when he said he would. It looks and works great. He spent extra time showing me how to work my new Nest thermometer. He discussed the various options I had including the pros and cons. He is very professional. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.

Had a good experience this week with an HVAC repair company this week - On Time AC and Heating Repair. My AC stopped working Sunday night. Called Comfort Choice Heater Repair Monday and set appointment for Wednesday. Comfort Choice Heater Repair called Wednesday and was able to come early to diagnosis problem. Had a damaged circuit board. Comfort Choice Heater Repair said he would try and get part by weekend and gave me a cost estimate. Called back same day and was able to get part and came back Wednesday afternoon to make repair. Art explained everything he did and showed me where the circuit board had failed. Very professional and gave one year warranty on parts and labor. Highly recommend.

On Time AC and Heating Repair showed up 30 min before the appointment (of course he checked if it's OK). He was pretty quick and accurate to figure out the Capacitor problem with the furnace fan and replaced it. Then, he made sure that A/C temperature is OK, and checked outdoor units. He explained me exactly what's going on, what are the options and costs honestly. I'm very impressed with his professionalism. He has earned my business for the future.

After a recent power outage during a storm, our furnace stopped working once the power was restored. Unfortunately, it was the day before Thanksgiving and the temperatures had dropped quite a bit, so our house was very cold. Because of the holiday, nobody was available for several days. We called On Time AC and Heating Repair and he came out right after the holiday and was able to fix the heater in just a few seconds. Once it was fixed, we continued to have some issues over the next couple of days. Each time something happened I called On Time AC and Heating Repair and he patiently walked me through a few steps, and each time he got the heater working again. He also called back to just check to see how things were going. Apparently, the older furnace we have can get touchy after power outages and he knew exactly what to do each time. He is responsive and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure everything is working, even when he's not on the clock. I highly recommend him!
