    Exceptional service! Accurate Heating got me in early due to a cancellation. The repair person, Paul, was great -- very knowledgeable, friendly, and very good at what he does. He took time to explain why the furnace wasn't working, fixed the problem, and took time to find out what caused the problem. He even climbed on the roof to check out the flue to make sure water wasn't coming in from rain. Amazing!

    I’m very unhappy with being charged $209 for an hour to find a wire was wrong to furnace. I put in a new smart thermostat in to find it didn’t work, called for help. Common wasn’t connected to furnace correctly. Plug new thermostat with technician and it was working. He found the wall plate was backward. He has to undo the wires, plug all out without removing power. I think white touch another wire because the heater won’t turn on anymore. I set heat above room temp. The app tells me it should be heating wont turn on. Amazon thermostat tells me to check white wire. It worked when tested. Doesn’t work after technician remove all wires while power still on to flip wall plate.

    Of course the heater decided to make shrieking noises right at Christmas time. So we turned it off and used space heaters until the Holidays were over. Accurate Heating and Air Conditioning were more then professional and competent, they were helpful. They respected us and did not try to fix things that didn’t need fixing. Grant found the problem and ordered the part. In the mean time he got the furnace working again. He came back with the part two days later and tried to install it. Long story short he could not disconnect the faulty part from the motor. But he was able to lubricate the bearing sufficiently that the noise was gone once put back together. As they didn’t install the new part, they did not charge me with the service call. When was the last time that had happened to you? I will have all my heating and air conditioning needs taken care of by Accurate! They are awesome! And Grant the technician was easy to talk to and patient with all my zillion questions. I would recommend this company to everyone.

    We hired Accurate to install a new furnace in our home. Ron was very thorough explaining all of our options and their associated costs so we could make an informed decision on our replacement. His crew arrived on time and were very polite. I was really impressed with the work crew and felt very comfortable having them in my home working for the day. They got us up and running quickly and answered all of my questions about the new system. Definitely recommend them for repairs and new installs.

    Wow. Refreshing. They came on time, did the work professionally, and charged a fair price. My RV AC was broken. Bob's RV Repair couldn't fix it. Accurate had it fixed in about 20 minutes - they had the part with them in their trailer. Very awesome! My gas-operated fireplace was also broken. Accurate did some testing and diagnosed the problem. Seeing that I was a little handy, he gave me the link in Amazon on the part to order and showed me where to replace it when it came in. I order the part, saved the return visit, and now the fireplace is working again. He also inspected my home heating system, changed out the filter with a new one from his trailer, adjusted the venting to improve heating to my home office, and recommended some future upgrades that we might want to consider. I will definitely use Accurate in the future.

    I may have been a bit harsh in my previous 2-star review without reason. Yes it was very much 2am, and I'd liked to apologize to the owner for that. No I have not been a customer as of yet. The review is solely based on the company's unresponsive office. I called to try and get a consultation for nearly a week. I had several other companies stop by during that time. So yes the experience for me with this company is bleh.

The company sent me a text message when the technician was on their way and included a name and photo so I knew who to expect.
