It's not quite common anymore that you have someone to call that you can depend on and refer them to someone by name. The gentleman who helped us was named Derek.
We had called him around 11am and by 2pm that same day he arrived. Chipper, kind, very knowledgeable and experienced. With his bag in one hand he shook ours with the other and told us "With your system being how old it is- give me 10 minutes and I will have it all figured out." As a challenge I set my timer and he was up and back down in 9 minutes and 38 seconds. He brought the part down and told us what he had found- a simple fix. It was the flame sensor that had been dirtied! He cleaned it up and offered to show us where and how he figured it out. My husband and I asked our questions and he answered all of them even going as far as giving us advice on how to clean, check, and properly maintain our HVAC system. EXTREMELY reasonable and friendly. I would refer him to anyone without delay. Personally, he struck my husband and I as a family friend or someone you would go and grab a beer with- that's the kind of personal connection Derek radiated. I am so very thankful that he got our heating system up and running before fall/winter really set in.

Signal Heating is the best..they sent a crew out to install a hood for me and did a fantastic job. I called several places in the South Bay and because it was a bit of a technical job, they didn't want to touch it. I got Signal's name from a friend that raved about them. They did not disappoint. Great job guys....we appreciate it!
