Darrell's Heating & Air Conditioning

I contacted Darrell's Heating yesterday to help repair a window air conditioner in my rental unit. Although they do not offer services to repair these types of units, Darrell took the time to tell me more about what the repair will cost, some of the issues with repairing it, and even referring me to another AC professional who works on these types of units (who are hard to find). I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help me, and it clearly demonstrates the level of service and care that I'm sure he offers to his customers.

Darrell is very pleasant to chat with and friendly. We had a total system replacement. The ac/heating system was high quality and works well. We also had an air scrubber installed, which has made a tremendous difference in our air quality, especially during the smoke from the wild fires. I would be happy to recommend Darrell’s to anyone and especially the air scrubber.

The heater was out and old and we had been calling for days trying to find someone To fix it and they were either completely overpriced or didn’t respond at all. Then came this amazing company Darrells Heating and air. They came out gave us a great quote, go to work right away and fixed the heater. Thank you so very much for all you did. Honest, fair and like the other reviewer said, old school. You don't see that anymore. Manners and care for our home too. Plus, it was after hours at the regular rate. Parts in Stock, no pressure.
