No joke, I run a business and cannot begin to state how amazed at the professionalism, quality, price, and attentiveness of this business. This should be a model of how businesses should be run. From follow up and follow through to having everything taken care of from start to finish, great job ! Every person we dealt with from Barker was outstanding. In an age where staffing is an issue, every member exuded poise and was extremely knowledgeable about the product, the services provided and so forth. If I could buy everyone a round of drinks I would!

Technician Oscar Maldonado provided the best customer service experience! Oscar came out for maintenance on my air conditioner. Based on his knowledge and expertise, I was well informed of my air conditioning unit. Prior to his visit, I knew nothing about air conditioners! Oscar just didn’t perform a job, he was personable and shared his job knowledge. So now I am an educated and informed customer!

Stephanie came on time and they communicated when she was coming with an ETA. She was very thorough with diagnosis and action plan. She was very helpful with our questions. Although, the initial diagnosis wasn’t the issue, Stephanie and Stuart stayed to help figure it out and communicated every step of the way and walked me through the alternatives and timing of what we should consider for next steps. We appreciated their honesty with their thoughts and feedback too. She also wore booties in the house and they cleaned up after their work too. A+ customer service and like that their actions so far reflect the companies values. We love supporting our local businesses in our community!

I requested an estimate for a new system yesterday and Jonathan was able to squeeze me into his schedule today. That’s service! Jonathan arrived exactly when he promised. He was very professional and patient in understanding my needs and desires in terms of comfort and sound levels. He gave me a whole education on the different options available and provided his professional opinions on what would be best for my home, based on the layout and my preferences. He could not have done more to win my business.
By comparison, the “other company” I called to request a quote did not show up for the appointment they scheduled and did not call. It only highlights how great it is when a company like Barker has good communication and service. Woof!

Mitchell the technician took the time to explain to me the problem with my ac and gave me many repair options and cost, along with his recommendation.
