Luis was thorough and professional right from get go- figuring out the issue with our heating system, replacing the part and ensuring that the system worked after the fix. He gave us a detailed explanation of what he did and also brought up some forthcoming issues and how they can be fixed. We called at the last minute and needed urgent repairs on the heating system, which suddenly stopped working. AIS rearranged the schedule and made it over the same day. The HVAC engineer did not leave until everything was working again. What a great company! Thank you!

Technician Luis was great as usual. Furnace is only 2 years old but it needed cleaning and he really did it thoroughly. I feel well taken care of by Luis and AIS. I highly recommend AIS for HVAC needs.

Kept us updated throughout the repair, telling us what he was working on, gave options, took pictures and video to document and show us the problems with our AC unit in the attic, fixed it immediately after diagnosing and giving us a quote. Not the cheapest, but thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient.
